Insufficiant Power!?!?

I have come accross a some what mind boggling scenario.
Just turbo charged my pretty much b18 stock block,

Im not sure how much depth i need to go into,

but i seems to be building boost (gauge showing) and have tried few a couple of gauges, however my car is extremly slow.

Ive got a SC61 Turbo with inline pro log manifold, external waste gate, with a dumptube...750 RCs.. etc..

Running Hondata s300 street tuned

Id guess im running around 150-160 WHP, and im running about 10psi of boost, the car seems to be struggling... id imagine looking at post on here i should easily be running around 210-230WHP with my setup...

i just cant seem to work it out... except the turbo may be knackred but there is no play and it seems a relativly new turbo with minmal milage

I would like to mention i had given my head in for some work, 3 angle vlave job and clean etc but nothing major dont see how tht could affect anything .. could be wrong!

Its a b16a1 DOHC vtec engine

Ive done a compression test, and my mechinic has done some kind of boost leak test, however i may need to do one my self.
Ive changed the wastegate spring also incase that was knackred.
I run a 3" DP and exhaust so that wont be restricting.

When im driving the car is deffiantly hesistating, but there are very slight moments when it just feels like going.

I would just like to mention that my car holds the boost absaloutly fine! and the wastegate too

Any advice is more then welcome i am completly out of ideas especially after spending so much $$$

Thanks in ADVANCE

we had a similar problem with an EVO turned out to be a clogged cat. im guessing you arent running a cat? tuning, a boost leak, or a restriction on the exhaust side would be the first things to look at.

Im not running a cat running a full 3Inch system downpipe back.

It has a street tune so i doubt that will be restricting it so much.

Boostleak, ill have to do the test, but it has been done already!

anyone one else got any thoughts???

Is there any easy way to eliminate the head whils its already on the car? i just have a gut feeling its the head , because there were bits and pieces missing when putting together which i had to get from anther head.
Not sure if tis worth mentioning but it has springs and retainers also.
