are there any other recommended intercoolers besides starrion that is good for up to 15psi

Really anything. A GReddy Type 24 or Type 31 will do you right, and is a common choice among turbo'd Honda drivers. However, any intercooler following a similar structural design as the GReddys, with quality welding and decent fins and endtanks will do the job fine.

greddy is pretty good...apexi is awesome but they are both pretty expensive.

I bought a custom intercooler from this guy Tyrus and it's gets here tomorrow. My buddy mike bought one from him also for his b20vtec hatch and it looks great. 30" core for 267 shipped..not bad at all. His email is Tjn115@aol.com I'm sure he can answer any questions you have and he can make them to custom spec. www.homemadeturbo.com has some pics of the intercoolers they bought from him. Just get your own mandrel bent piping from jcwhitney and you're set.
