there is a few ways to do this, but all of them require a turbo manifold that is made for an external wastegate, and of course the wastegate itself. you would also require an exhaust pipe (small in size) going from the external wastegate and joining up with the downpipe.
you can run both internal and external (just leave the internal where it is)
you can disconnect the vacuum lines on the internal but leave it still in tact
you can remove the internal gate altogether...this requires sealing or wiring shut the internal wastegate flap.
