94 integra ls . 142hp stock. I have Full exhaust , test pipe for cat. DC Header, Short ram intake. Can i get 220hp From turbo kit?? And can i build one for under $1,500?? Do I need intercooler?? Even 200hp is good. What all parts will i need to complete The Turbo kit???
