Smile K20A2 TURBO OR A3 TURBO

ok here it is . i own a 2003 civic si (ep3). @ 5800 miles i swaped the k20a3 for the k20a2 (type s engine and trans) and just as life in the car world goes, i have been happy with it for 6 months or so , and now i need more power. so here is the thought. i have decided that the turbo kit i would like to buy is rev hard's stage 1 .
i have read the dyno sheets comparing the 2 engines turboed . the k20a2 makes 254 hp and 199 torque @ 6psi. the k20a3 turboed makes 252.7 hp and 228 torque @ 7 psi.itseems to me that it is a no brainer , that i should swap the engine back to stock ,sell my type s swap and turbo the stock engine because
1. the stock engine makes only 1.3 hp less turboed
2. it makes 29 foot pounds of torque more
3. i will have the money to buy the turbo from sellin my type s swap.
4. the stock engine has lower compression, therefore it can handle more boost if i wanna upgrade in the future.
i am really just looking for diff peoples thought , i wanna make the right choice.

the a3 has a lower c/r (so you can run more boost) but lower base numbers. a2 is the opposite, i would sell the a2 block and buy a k24 block with the a2 head...then look at the turbo kit. before the block goes in, build the bottom end for some high psi numbers.

Keep whatever is in your car now and sell the other engine.
just because you see a dyno sheep of ONE car making that power that doesn't mean thats what you'll make. if your concerned with 28ft lbs of tq, you have a lot coming to you when you actually do turbo your engine. there are SO many variables to consider it's not even worth the time to list them all.
higher static compression generall means a more efficient engine once boosted. So if you take two identicle engines one with 10.5:1 compression and the other with 8.5:1 compression the one with higher compression will make more power per psi if tuned correctly. In all honesty if I were to build a street turbo honda, I'd go for 10.0:1 + compression ratio to start with.
