Ls turbo set up help!

Hi I'm new to these forums and need help on my new ls-t project. This is actually my first honda project and am very excited but kinda confused. My plan set up is looking something like this:

-b18b1 block
-eagle sleeves
-str block guard
-Arias pistons, compression: ?
-eagle rods
-stock crank
-b18b1 head (pnp)
-crower valves, springs, and retainers
-turbonetics turbocharger
-arp head studs and bolts

I want to stay stock bore a stroke unless convinced other wise. I know I have alot a things missing thats why Im asking for help. I'm looking for this to be streetable in my 93 eg but looking for 400+ hp, dont really have a goal for torque, but love torque. My biggest questions right now are what type of turbocharger, what type of a/r, and assentials like mani, inercooler wastegate ect. And also what kind of commpression should I run to reach my goal? Thank you guys in advance

What are your intentions for suspension? wheels/tires? Drag or track?

sleeved blocks makes the block guard obsolete. i dont even suggest them on stock sleeves anyway. any reason you choose not to get a vtec head? it is definately worth the upgrade.

i dont have a block gaurd on my sleeved set up and vtec does help me out in the top gears. dont notice it in 1-3, but feel it slightly in 4th and see a big diff in 5th. i say go 84.5mm now so you dont wish you did later. dont forget about suspension either, one thing you can't skimp on if it is a street car! good luck n welcome to sho!

Vtec does alot of good at high RPM. Even if you cant "feel" it, its still working. Here is a link that explains it better than I could.

there isnt much gain and a lot to lose going 84.5

you are reducing the area for the head gasket to seal, if for any reason you havea failure you have no room to overbore and run it again on a forced induction setup. yes you can go 85mm but its even worse for head gasket sealing and not ideal. id suggest 83mm to start.

i went with 84.5 knowing the risks i would be taking. thinning the walls and gasket sealing. you whould be fine if you get a head gasket made by the same company you get your sleeves done at.... if this engine ever goes, so will the car.... i dont see that happening cause i treat that baby like its my own kid and i will be parting it out as soon as i get back home... you need to get out of the game or be a rich kid anyways if you can mess up a sleeved block like that.
