O.K. so I e-mailed Jeff at Import Builders few times and here's what I decided on:
H23 Block Build:
-Sleeved by GE with HD sleeves (stock 87mm bore)
-Line Bore
-Bore & Hone
-Wiesco Forged Pistons with Coated Skirts and Tops (stock compression)
-IB Spec H-beam Rods with ARP 2000 Rod Bolts
-Balancing the Rotating Assembly
-Crank Sizing
-Rod Sizing
-Micro-Polishing the Crank
-New Rod, Main and Thrust Bearings (Stock Honda Bearings)
-Step Decking
-Jet Wash Cleaning
-Full Blueprinting and Assembly
-Combustion Chamber O-Ring
-ARP Studs
-New Pumps
-All New Seals in the block
I decided to keep the stock comp. (h23= 9.X.1) and went with wiesco pistons that come with coated skirts but Jeff is going to coat the tops of them to so they will be able to withstand more heat...and he's gonna beed blast it (will look like new) for free... which is around 200$ option at GE...
My plans were to run 14psi daily and 20psi on the track...with good dyno tuning. Jeff said it will be good for 24psi at least.....but I'll never run so much....that's crazy........
THE BAD NEWS:Jeff just got the block today(Aug 25) and it's going to take 4 weeks if everything goes right...at least I will have time to think about some serions fuel management system...probably AEM EMS...

.... so after evrything is setup with my car I will probably enjoy it for few days and it's gonna start snowing....lol
