Might Turbo b16a Vtec

I might turbo the b16a vtec(1st gen) im going to put in my 1990 Hf, So all the help would be great.....I dont want anything supper nice or to big......I would be happy to put 6-7 psi through....I want to try to keep the cost down so any recomendations would be great...This will be first time geting into turbos so need as much help as i can get....Thanks every one
