Uhh feel to elaborate on these "strange" noises?
Sorry but nobody's going to help you if you post crap like this, add some usefull info (like your set-up, types of noise you hear, when you hear it, etc)...
How do you know it's too lean?

aye aye aye .
yes please elaborate more on the set up .
How do you know its really lean? do you have a wideband? if not, theres no way you can really tell its lean and how lean it is. looking at plugs isnt really even accurate to tell you the truth.

did you ever have the car tuned>? if not take it to a tuner and get it done before you boost more . or youll be coming back asking what kinds of pistons and rods to put in your motor.

its a drag 3 for b16a2 and 6psi current boost
and i have an autometer air/fuel ratio meter with colored lamps
i see it all the way red after 5000 rpm it never goes green

and the sound is like cam valves floating but it is stronger
i dont know well but as far as i read on internet (im still reading) today maybe it can be detonation voice. i live in Turkey so no one knows anything about a turbo civic so i cant get my car tuned here. possibly in istanbul mine is first. people here is very afraid of turbos and no one wants to help

sounds like your SOL, becuase your autometer gauge isnt accurate whatsoever.
when was the last time the valves were adjusted?

hes probably getting detonation cause his spark plugs premature fire or don't fire at all under higher pressure....did you change your sparkplug or you still use stock plugs or platinum?

what's your fuel setup anyways? you use any kind of fuel adjustment or you just upgraded the fuel pump?

all fuel system is the original system of civic. i didint change injectors or spark plugs. only i replaced the fuel pump with a bigger one which comes with the kit. the new pump is buzzing like bee i can hear it even inside the car but nothing goes to combustion chambers i can feel it. maybe an electronical prob.

forgot to say but i put 95 octane fuel to tank so it is 3 octane more from what kit requires.

You really should get new plugs. Go at least a stage colder and close the gap from what you are running stock. I would install a B&M or similar adjustable fuel pressure regulator as well.

what your probelem is that you get more incoming air and still not enough fuel for it cause you just put a fuel pump on it and but you have nothing to adjust the fuel to be increasing with the boost.....the cheapest you can go is to get an boost depemdant fuel pressure regulator.( like VORTECH FMU)...that will increase the fuel pressure with every pound of boost it sees........next step up would be APEXi VAFC or SAFC and bigger injectors.......but thats more money..after that you go standalone fuel unit but thats lots lots more green......
and like me and 4ceFed4_GTI said get new one step colder(iridium or copper only) spark plugs cause even after you fix that your next probelem will be the plugs lol

Do you know what kind of FPR the kit came with, was it a rising rate? Go out to your car, pull all your spark plugs, and take a picture of them or post an accurate description. Like was said above you can't really get an accurate reading off an autometer A/F gauge.
