Turbo Help for B16

Hey guys, just recently i received a turbo kit from my freind. it was ment for a d16y8 so that is the manifold it has on it, i was wondering were in the san fran bay area i can get a new manifold made or what i need to do to get it put on.
I am only going to be running it at 7-8 psi just for a daily driver, im just doing this cuz im bored right now im running a stock block b16 with intake, 4-2-1 headers and a flowmaster exaust its puting 130 whp and 75ft lbs of torque so what would i be looking at in preformance gains with 7-8 psi thanks alot guys
