EVERYTHING works on the TT, when I turn the key off it starts counting down, but it doesnt keep the motor running... anybody have any ideas?

It's likely that the ACC-1 wire from your timer (usually green wire) isn't hooked up to the correct terminal on your ignition. Does your wiring job look anything like this?
The green one there is what keeps your car running. The red one is a constant 12 volts from the battery, the blue one is unnecessary, it merely allows you to keep power to some other accessory while the timer's running. Hope this helps!

I concur. I had the same problem when wiring my Greddy unit. Talk to someone at your local Honda dealer. They were more than happy to photocopy their wiring diagrams for me. It's like Crank13 said, one keeps your accessories running (fan, radio, etc.) and the other is for your engine/ignition.
