wastegate from volvo
hi:
i know a lot of you guys who is doing a custom turbo setp and using a t3 turbo form a volvo. my question is: has anyone try using an external wastegate from the volvo too. the flange is identical to a deltagate. i know alot of people who are using 1g eclipse blow of valve... so maybe this volvo wastegate is possible?
I dont see why not, although I had no idea Volvos used external wastegates. I almost pulled one off an Audi or future use, but the IHI turbo in my hand was going to break my then-hurting wallet.
