What Kind of Turbo Charger?

Hi,

I'm new to boosting and I'm planning to put together a turbo project on a d16z6, and I'm browsing around for a turbo charger.

I'm a little confused as to what kind of turbo chargers will fit on a d16z6, I know I have to find a small one so it will spool up quickly, but what about the fitment? Do I have to find something that is compatible with the manifold I find?

Thanks

(btw I used the Search feature before posting)
I found this while searching around, Volkswagen Garrett Turbo , but I'm not sure what kind of turbo charger this is...

I would look for a t3/to4e 50 trim. But that's my opinion.

Good Luck
