If you are looking to save money just get a Garret T3/T04E either 50 trim with .63 A/R or .48 A/R. I just bought the 60 trim with .63 A/R for $780. That included shipping and a beautiful Tial 38mm Wastegate. The turbo alone is $550 at www.cheapturbo.com

U could get a t77 turbo and make a shit load of power.... but u would only make that power at 6000rpm byt the time the turbo spooled

i say t3/t04e......ull get boost at a decent rpm and make good pwoer at the same time.

absolutely beautiful setup, however its really expensive. the disco potato or gt28rs, is an absolutely beautiful turbo, but again is over a grand new. a more affordable solution would be t3/t4 50 trim- it should offer reasonable spool time and be able to hold at least 12-15 psi to redline. if you have the money shoot for the ball bearing turbos, but if not the t3/t4 should work fine
