WTF is wrong!

i'm tired guys, my car is haveing problems one after another. fix one thing another goes wrong. can never get it right. past two three weeks it was running perfect now all four cylinder is misfireing again. 3000 rpm and under, as i step on the paddle normal feels sort of sluggish just before it gets to 3000rpm it buckles feels like i hit a wall. how would i test my injectors and does the rc injectors go bad quickly. looked for licks can't find but one thing i notices is that the bov doesn't blow off as loud even when i hit it sort of hard when i try to get to 3000rpm without buckleing. this turbo biz is hard work....

i hear you man i had similar probs for the past 3 weeks , we went nutts trying to figure out what it was, i finally put new plugs in the other night and gapped em tighter and put in a new rotor and boom it runs like a champ again .
sometihng that little can make a huge diff.
what mine was doing it i could hit slight boost fine but when in full boost or close to it , it would pop and feel like it was hitting a brick wall or rev limitier of some sort. . . . . trust me man i know the feeling.
just gotta check all the easy shit 1st. . . . most of the time with that shit its plug related or fuel related.

preciate your opinion and help, clutch and now this. so you replace your rotors what was the milage on your car when you did that. i tried replaceing wires and gapping plugs still the. same problem that you were having. where did you get the new rotors what brand and how much?.. maybe i'll try that.

This sucks

yup. mine is doing the same thing.

New plugs
New Rotor
New Wires
New Fuel filter
New fuel pump
Replaced Vacuum lines
MAP Sensor is fine

This is driving me up the friggin wall. I cant figure it out. I dont have a fuel pressure gauge so i cant tell if that is what is dropping.

hmm, check all ur hoses/lines n stuff,

I know this is a TOTALY different car,
but I had a 3rd gen rx7, and it had a very similar problem,
turned out to be a loose vacuum hose somewhere in the throttle(dont remember exactly)

but urs does sound like somethings loose,
its not getting flow thru the whole system!

well my friend told me it could be injectors not working right, so i will change out my injectors and put my stocks on to see how things go. don't want to purchase new wires, dis-cap and end up being the injectors. since this happen my car been drinking gas like crazy, this morning i put half a tank now it is on empty.. what you think? i sure will check for loose hoses. thanks i hate driving her right now.

I was thinking the same thing. I have gone through all the hoses and replaced the ones in question. Vacuum hose is cheap so that was cake.

I also checked the gap on mine just now. 44 was what they were, so i regapped them to 52 (GSR). Its a little better, i see a noticible difference but the problem persists. I have had this happen twice before, and both times it was the plugs. But, that was the first thing i did and it still lingers.

I also though about the injectors, but I dont know where to start there. I am putting in a new manifold this weekend so i wil have them out. I hate this!!!

I probably will just because I don’t have jack to loose at this point. It’s just irritating as hell. It’s happened 3 times now....

i know we all go threw this one time or another, it is frustrating when you can't figure it out. i'm going crazy myself. tell me not to go back to all motor cause that is what i am thinking. taking every thing off..since i have a 9:1 compression that might be a good idea?
