Question with AVCHD for the guru.
I was flipping through a magazine and read an outline of the advantage and disadvantage of avchd. One of the advantage that it said was you are able to "play a raw avchd file on a blu ray player without having to convert it".
I am guessing this is something like you can burn a raw divx file on a cd and play it back on a divx player without having to convert it.
My question is, do you have to burn it on a blu ray disk or can you burn it on a standard dvd-/+r disk?
