i did this at 137k with good results. i know you're not supposed to use seafoam on engines older than 150k. im not at 147k. do you think it would be a good idea for me to do it one more time before i hit 150?

after 150k it can break up builup that fills in gaps. I did it just to see what happens and i had to replace my head gasket because it broke up the carbon that was allowing it to hold compression. But the stuf is great, when they pulled my head off, the pistons looked awsome and clean, i'm going to do it again soon.

JDM98Luder is an unknown quantity at this point
Hey, I plan on using Seafoam on my car, but I don't know which hoses exactly to disconnect to suck up the Seafoam. Anyone have pics? With a big red circle over which hose to disconnect.

Has anyone tried the tranny Seafoam? I'm going to do it too, but would like to know what other people's experiences with is has been like.

I use it on all my cars and friends since 3 yrs ago. Its only worked miracles, Ive actually used it and pulled apart the engine on a 1993 Maxima with over 180 thousand miles and the pistons looked flawless so did the valves.

SEAFOAM CAUTION

WHEN DOING THIS CARBON CLEANING SERVICE- DONT ALLOW TOO MUCH LIQUID TO PUDDLE INTO CYLINDERS, AS IT WILL/MAY DAMAGE RODS IF HYDROLOCKING IS A CONCERN. AND IF NOT, IT WILL CONTAMINATE YOUR OIL IN CRANKCASE. DO IT SLOW AND STEADY AT BOTH BANKS OF ENGINE INTAKE MANIFOLD. MECHANICAL TIP.
