I know, I was just being sarcastic. I appreciate your recognition that the article was informative enough to keep archived in this forum.

I've been meaning to edit/rewrite it now that some things have changed in the K-series lineup since that article was written 4 years ago (this was actually a reposting of the original article that I had written for another board a few months prior). That was back in the days when the K-series was brand new, and nobody knew much of anything about the newfangled "i-VTEC" (an umbrella term which has since branched out to include yet more valvetrain technologies, including cylinder deactivation on the J-series V6). Assumptions and misinformation ran rampant. I got annoyed enough that I had to set the record straight for everyone, since I was one of the few people who knew the inner workings well enough at that time.

I can't believe Hondata is still hosting those pictures.
