Its not that easy and what does this have anything to do with this thread. Goto the integra forum or the hybrid forum and ask that question.

i have a 94 civic vx hatch (D15Z1) *****, when i do mine i pull the fuse. it is located in the engine compartment on the passenger side up by the firewall. in that fuse box, it is the furthest one up on the left. as was stated already, i have also been told it is important to let the car warm up on its own after putting the fuse back in. in other words, dont give it any throttle untill it warms up. and then turn the car off to lock in the settings before you drive it.

wtf is so god damn hard about spelling vtec correctly . anyway the dealership explained to me what was previously said. disconnect cables and hold together for 15 seconds. /converstion
i listen to teh dealership when it comes to shit like that. so i did the unplug batter and touch terminals together for 15 seconds then reattach them.
i did that yesterday, and the car actually did seem to run a little better. nothing really huge, but i could tell the car picked up a little different than before. maybe it's cause the CEL went away.

for obd2 cars, where ecu actually detunes itself for emmision , you would need to reset you ecu almost daily....I got a switch that bypasses my ecu that i throw before i worm my car daily......i can actually feel decent bit of difference after doing that.....just like after i had my car tuned it ran great for a day or so, and then started to feeler weaker at some spots....but as soon as i recet the ecu, it felt like i just drove off the shop after the tune....My little secret
