are you wanting to know how to change the drums to disks or how to replace your disks all-together?

you should start by taking off the calipers, there should be 2 bolts holding them on, then there should be 1 or 2 screws holding the rotor on. the pads should be held in the calipers by 2 or 3 prongs that secure it to the caliper just pull them out, you might want to use a screwdriver or something to get them out. there should be baking plates or something like that, don't throw these away if your replacements dont have any. then you want to get some brake lube for the backing plates, you can buy this stuff at any auto parts store in little packets for like $1. just smear this stuff on the outside of the backing plates, DO NOT USE THIS ON THE BRAKING SURFACE. then just put everthing back together the way it came apart. its mostly a bolt-on affair just take your time and and do it right. you can buy haynes manuels and stuff and they have pics and step by step procedures.
