yea, i had some tenzo R's, they were ok, they were in my red car if u remember it! im thinking more along the lines of either black recaros with red stitching with type R rears. Or red recaro's and type r rears. Probably going to do the whole interior with black. how do you guys think the red carpet would look, some ppl think it would be too much! but im not sure!
On most write-ups for this that I've seen, they scraped off the existing fabric. It looks like you didn't, did you run into any problems? I really want to do this to my 95 sedan but scraping off the old shit seems like it would be hard to do.
dude that is wonderful. but heres a question, will that work with any fabric and/or leather? like if you went to a fabric store, and wanted to do a leather type fabric?
it should work as long as you take your time and let the adhesive stick to both surfaces! i didnt run into any problem with going over the original stuff @ all! just make sure your measurements are correct and you dont rush anything! keep some of the access material in the back just to make sure you have enough to wrap the whole panel and you should be good! best of luck with your project

does this work on a 2002 civic LX..im wanting to do that to my interior ?.. or would the directions be some-what similar.
thx guys, giv'r a try.. its a fun DIY especially since the weather is getting nicer!! it should work, imnot familiar with the door panels of the newer models but im sure it would be similar. I have a feeling that the '01 door panel would be a bit different to pull off but it shouldnt be too extensive! good luck mang!
