DIY: Installing headlights on a Civic 95...

Just double checking but you DO need to remove the front bumper to install headlights, right? I just bought some 1pc headlights and I dont really feel like gettin down and dirty to remove my front bumper but I guess I'm gonna have to if thats the only way to install them.

Thanks...

Just put them on..took about an hr. Wasnt hard at all. Im very pleased. However, I did drop one of the top bolts that screw in the top of the light into my intake pipe. ahahah..ima have to go get a replacement. I over-estimated the difficulty. It was easy.

For those of you that do work on your car...dont you get that feeling of I JUST DID THAT ...hmm i dont know how to explain the feeling....Even with something as simple as installing these headlights...its cool to work on your car and then to see the finish product.

now, time for more mods i guess.
I had enough guts to splice my wire and hard-wire my V1 Radar detector..
and do a LED-convertions, but if you are to sell your car, it usually decreases the value of the car, so I am planning to change them back to stock if i ever plan sell it.
good job.

i know what you mean as long as ur capable of doing it without screwing something up then it is better to do ur own work. there is a differance between having something nice and having something nice that u put on. It is just way cooler.
