how to build a fast 92-95 civic coupe

alright i got a 92 - 95 body style civic coupe an im planning on swaping the motor with a dohc an i already have a b18b 1? i think. i kno its non vtec but i dunno if i should use that motor or not an if so what vtec head should i use b16a or b16b or b18c? orshould i use a b20 block an if so would it work better with a b16 or 18 vtec head an what trany would work best? an wat computers an stuffshould be used? im jus tryin to find the best set up an later on down the road couple years i plan on turbo'n it but im jus worried bout all motor for now. i kno a stock b20 has wat 130 sumthin 140 sumthin hp stock. how much more hp would puttin a vtec head on it add and wat would i need to get over 200hp? an money wise which way would come out cheapest? hit me back with some info any would help out alot.i jus wanna kno every1s opinions

i'm gonna build a b18C

Thats what i would go with.. As far as i know they are not much more expensive then the B18b.
Plus the b18C is just nice.. YOu can boost them quite a bit.

go with the B18b block and any B16a head. Ur gonna like the results. Its even a good application for your turbo setup later on, just keep ur stock pistons. I wouldnt advise u 2 get into it urself if u dont have any experience in it though because it requires u drilling and tapping the B16 head n we should all know how expensive DOHC VTEC engines (or in this case engine heads) are. But good luck anyway.
