I want to paint around my stock lights

I have a question..

I really like the way my 01 Civic EX Coupe front lights look...
The shape is reely cool. I do however want to paint around the lens and get rid of the mirroring in there.

I can have the paint matched no problem.. the car is OEM Red... Very candy
How do you take these apart and paint around the actual light?
