my friend stuck his things that shoot water on your windshield in those holes. and then filled it with coke and went around downtown squirting people and driving off real fast.
there's no visible hole on the front bumper; there's a bracket that holds the license plate which is screwed on the lower bottom of the bumper (where the opening is). you should try to take it off and you'll understand what i mean.

I have the jdm front liscense plate bracket on my civic, and I was wondering how to mount the plate to it. Should I just drill holes in the plate, or should I get a liscense frame and mount the frame to the bracket and then put the plate on the frame?
Your question is confusing. Shouldn't there be a hole on your JDM license plate bracket to put the license plate on it? You dont need to the frame unless you want it to look "nice"....

The mounting holes on a JDM plate aren't in the same position as USDM plates. So I'm guessing that he's asking if he should drill into his USDM plate to match up the holes on his JDM frame, or drill new mounting holes on his frame to match his USDM plate.

Yeah, looking back on my post, it's pretty confusing. But you are right, I was wondering if I was supposed to drill throught the USDM plate.
