actually my header for some reason is aftermarket it definitely different than stock and its in pretty good shape there just a little reddish orange in the usual area where the heat discolored the ceramic.right where it bolts up but no sign of gasket leaking i torqued and checked the whole header myself it actually still has its ceramic coat..well some of it lol. sucks my dad was the manager of a autoparts store not auto zone,not Nappy,but one similar, and he got me all my parts at his cost. he got layed off last week.i feel real bad my dad lost his job ... but i feel even worse because i feel bad that i cant get parts at his cost anymore..but he doesn't sell aftermarket stuff but he could get me a radiator lets say autozone wants 129.00 my dad got me the same one for 69.00.. anyway back to my exhaust i tried welding the leaks but fucker are right at the top and rusted as shit so i got three types of jb-weld/like/products ones comes in like a doormans product package versachem,exhaust system joint and crack sealer,and i got a small little bottle of Inferno Metal Repair it comes in a little jar about the size of a pill bottle but shorter supposed to seal cracks and withstand up to 2000 degrees and after all that i got it a fuckking ace bandage to hold all the shit in there again one of them doorman"like' product versachem,exhaust bandage wrap kit,blow torch tested bandaid so I'm going to seal that fucker up for sure this time and hope it helps. i noticed right after i welded it ,it drove better but then the welds must have blown right off.like i said the holes are right at the top even unhooking the whole exhaust without taking the header off there was only 3 inches between pipe and car so it was really impossible for me to to sand that shit down enough to get all the rust and grease so all the welds most likely were weak and as soon as i got on the highway they blew off. i don't know I'm just hoping that this is my prob.so the only way to tell is t repair, test,check the results i will let you know how i made oout............. this was supposed to be a quick post

yup things could always seem worse than they really are. i do try to keep positive.on things like at least i have a running car and am going to school to work on cars and we get to work on our own cars in the mean time while we're at school we have full access to tools lifts,welders..full working garage.and any tool we might need to use or we can buy our own tools using our student id we get 50% off all snap-on tools
