I'm trying to import my Honda to Canada so i can sell it. I need a recall clearance letter from American Honda, but they will not give it to me. They apparently don't want their vehicles to be imported or exported. Has anyone ran into this problem? My car is just sitting in canada right now. Please someone help me from this nightmare
