WTB: 92-95 Stock Civic HB VX or CX

I am looking to buy a stock Civic hatchback, either a CX or VX year models 92-95. The key work is "stock", I really want the original 1.5L in either the 70HP or 92HP as from the factory. Living in Florida, a/c is a must, other than actually running and being mechanically sound, I can live with or without other features, slight body damage, etc. Mainly looking for economy ride for work commute and like what the HB's offer. Willing to go outside Florida for the right car. Looking to pay around 3500-4000 dollar cap limit.
