• 1997 Honda Prelude 5-speed, Clean and Clean

Well, I've decided to let my baby go...

My Flamenco Black Pearl 1997 Honda Prelude Base 5-speed is up for sale!

She has been in my possession since 2004 and it's been great, the only problem is I miss her when she is in storage for 7 months out of the year to avoid the winter months. During that time I drive a crappy Accord which I can't stand to do any longer. So, I've decided to sell both and find a nice car I can drive all year around(cr-v,subaru,nicer accord?).

This car has been meticulously maintained and tastefully modified.
Recent Maintenance:
15,000 ago: Clutch Master and Slave Cylinder replaced
15,000 ago: Auto Tensioner, Water pump and Timing Belts replaced
10,000 ago: Emissions warrantied work(ignition parts)
4,000 ago: New AEM air filter
3,000 ago: Valve Adjustment and new spark plugs
60 miles ago: Cleaned EGR Ports, EGR Valve, VTEC Solenoid, IAC Valve(plus new gaskets)

Every 8,000: Transmission Fluid(Honda genuine)
Every 3,000: Oil (Valvoline Durablend, synthetic blend)
Twice a year: Wax
Once a year: Clay Bar

This car runs like new! Really really new.

Everything on the car is fully functional and without creeks or moans. Windows tracts and moonroof are regularly lubricated with Honda Genuine products. Absolutely no engine leaks and this H22 burns virtually no oil at 102,900 miles.

All modifications were highly researched and done by either a Porsche Certified Mechanic or myself(the easier stuff)
They are as follows:

AEM Cold Air Intake w/ water bypass valve
DC Sports 4-2-1 Stainless Steel header(i know, i know)
RS*R Exmag cat-back exhaust
AEM fuel rail
AEM fuel filter

Ro_Ja Formula 5 18x7 multi-piece forged aluminum wheels(20lbs)
(drivers side wheels are 3 stage painted Flamenco Black Pearl, and passenger side is Silverstone Metallic from an S2000)
Kumho ECSTA SPT 215/35/ZR18 tires (about 4,000 miles on them, almost no wear)

PowerSlot Rotors and Hawk HPS Pads (10,000 ago, new honda genuine brake fluid and rotors were broken in properly)

KYB AGX gas shocks (4 way adjustable)
Eibach Pro-kit lowering springs
DC Sports rear tie bar

PURE racing short throw shifter (5 settings)
Civic type R shift boot W/ red stiching & knob to match
Optima yellow top battery

JDM Fog lights
Honda Access Front Lip
Shaved trunk keyhole, license holes, and all emblems
Color matched side skirts and rear apron
Ziebart 30% window tint

Panasonic MP3/WMA CD player, 50x4
Infinity Basslink 2 (250w, 10")

The only modifications that I'd really be willing to take off the car would be the Panasonic head unit and Infinity Basslink. I'll take $200 off the selling price if removing these.

pictures taken 6 days ago, car is not being driven currently(unless i get a date )

Also included: Ro_Ja centercaps, OEM Wheels with tired potenzas, OEM Floor Mats including trunk mat, OEM Upper and Lower Bra, Car Cover and a box of other small oem goodies

The next owner of this BB6 will not be disappointed! The car looks(and acts) much younger than it is, but it is not without some wear and tear. There are some small body issues, scrapes in the paint and one very small dent on one rear fender. Car is located in Central Wisconsin, but I am willing to work with buyer on delivery.
Please feel free to email me at heygrego@yahoo.com with any questions or for more pictures(I've got a lot).
Asking price is $7,700
