Hey everyone, my del sol is up for sale, officially have a new car. This is a project car. I was going to part it out, but I couldnt bring myself to do it, so I want to sell it to somebody who has more time, and can bring it back to the shape I had it in. Sorry to the people who posted in the testing waters thread, I stopped checking it after 3 weeks.
PROBLEMS:
-Car has a totaled title, I forgot to leave the car in gear, the ebrake slipped, and it went into a tree. I have the insurance report if anybody wants to see it (claims there was no flood/collision/fire damage done to this car) Pics below. Geico guy estimated the total would be between 2500-3000 for a shop to find the parts-install them-paint them
-Top has/had a leak. It will be real bad sometimes and other times (like the past month or so) it wont exist at all.
-Supercharger likes to eat belts, about 1 every 2k miles or so. The problem is belt alignment. Its fixable but you need to take the supercharger off to adjust it, and its visually straight, Its just fine tuning it now. (I'll even teach you the quickest way to change the belts if you buy it)
-Trunk leaks due to damage from tree.
-Dings and scratches here and there

AFTERMARKET:
-Holley Airmass Header
-Generic eBay intake
-Pioneer headunit and 4way speakers (though these might come out and go in the new car with a low offer)
-CX tranny geared REALLY long. nice for highway.
COMES WITH:
-Si tranny, grinding syncros so it needs a rebuild
-Two stock intakes both with clean air filters
-All parts to take off supercharger
-One audiobahn speaker
-Assorted newer parts (belts/sparkplugs/fuelfilter/brakes all within the last 10k)
I have to state an asking price, I feel like 2,000 would be a fair price for this car, i'm relitivly firm on that, but i can take parts off to lower the price (note

arts besides the radio that are taken off will cause the car to be unable to run and it will need to be towed)
Car will not pass safty inspection as is, part of the damage seperated the rear bumper support, and this would need to be rewelded on to pass safty.
Test drives are availiable around my neighborhood for the next two weeks, after that the insurance and registration are up. I have a secluded area, but the car is in my fathers name and he doesnt feel comfortable having strangers drive an uninsured/unregistered car.
