1995 Honda Accord Light (Honda) Blue DX Sedan 5 Speed

Have most of the factory parts minus factory intake and factory corner lights. Paint is still shiny but has 4 rust areas quarter size each. All are at rear quarter panels just at the bottom of where the door meets the panel and also just above the rear wheels. Scratches on front bumper and small rust spots on hood.
