who would trade you their pride and joy whith whatever swap that took alot of money and alot of time for your stock, probably auto, eclipse...RS at that. maybe if it was like a gst atleast, or a gsx then maybe. sorry man if that sounds harsh...just my opinion. but hey, welcome to superhonda

actually its on all 4G63's that were made after 95 or so. turbo or not. the only one that doesent have the crankwalk is the evo,s. that is actually one of the things they zero'd in on when designing that car. trust me i know dsm's, that is a fuckin dsm thing...among many others. i wouldnt let someone GIVE me an eclipse because of the headache they all cause. i have not worked on, or for that matter even known of a dsm that didnt have one or more of the typical "dsm" problmems. wether it be crankwalk, auto-revving, boost walk, etc.

well sounds to me like some1 got spanked by a dsm! and those dsm's ur talkin about well they dont know how to take care of a car.ive had 5 dsm's and none had crankwalk and all pushin over 18 lbs boost not to metion how many b16's i walked on.but i still hold the highest respect for vtec and boost cause there both great cars, besides how many 9,10 sec hondas do u see dont lie either cause im at englishtown all the time, for every 11 sec honda theres 8, 9 sec dsm's and what

im not gonna play the who would win game here. but yeah dsms are fast as shit. imo...just not worth the hassal. but you can make em faster then a honda easier because they are meant to be turbocharged. itll take about 3 grand to get a honda engine ready to support a turbo(and i mean the right way to support a turbo). i used to have a gsx so dont get me wrong i like em too. and they are fast and all, but you really have to pick the right one that wont be tempromental *spelling?*

who trades a perfectly good running honda with a swap for a unreliable piece of shit mitsubishi eclipse? That Mitsu will probably blow in 10k miles anyway.

Talking

acually the b18b1 will handle boost perfectly stock without 3k dumped into it!!! I have a 03 evo 8 and got walked all over by a boosted b18b1 DC2 four door... the car had no other mods and tuned on 8psi! i think someone is underestimating the hondas... but i also own the evo and a DC2 but give credit where credit is due!!!! comparing the two... Honda is better!
