A relay is $20.00 if you didn't purchase it with the kit, reason being is the shipping is more expensive.

got a 98 civic with the 99 front i get the bulbs for the 99 or 98 and do i get the option for high beam low beam or is it only low beam if u can give me a price that would b great 8k is the color too thnx

i have an 03 rsx type-s and am interested in replacing the lo beams w/ HID's. I need H1's, correct? Also, what exactly are the relay harnesses?

Hello Yes you do need H1's and the relay harness is just to protect your stock harness.
