hey i have searched this topic and i still cant figure it out.........
My 91 honda civic hatch, 1.5l non vtec
when i down shift and get into low rpm's my engine light comes on after i stop it idles funny. Then when i take off from the stop then i cant take the first gear past 3000 rpm. after about 2900 it seems like the ecu is not allowing enough fuel into the engine and it hesitates, and jerks. After i shift it in the second it does the same thing, but third tru fifth it doesnt do it. But if i turn the ignition off and turn it back on the enine light goes away and it is fine until i down shift and stop again.......
