Fuel Cell

I wanting to put a racing fuel cell in my 93 acura. I was told i would need a return line. Do I need a return line?

he's building a dirt track car. i don't know myself, but the guy with the race car was saying that the stock fuel system dictated that you keep it, so i'd go along with that.
