tech wrench fuel volume test brings question

ok well i have 91 crx with a b16a1 motor. i figured out that im running really lean. so i do a fuel volume test, tap into BEFORE my fuel filter use my guage and start the car, click the button and watch the gas pour into my cup for 10 seconds. the spec is 7 oz in 10 sec. what do i get? 3 oz in 10 seconds. pretty conclusive that its a fuel pump but, i put a walbro 190 lph in it just over a year ago. i had the lean problem before i even put the walbro in. im pretty sure none of the lines are crushed(they run in the car) and nothings pinched at the tank just droped it day b4 yesterday. any body have any useful info? how many volts does the pump run off if i back probe the connector and let it run? i have no clue why i dont have volume. i dont think putting the 255 lph pump in is going to anything perductive just run rich at idle which it already does. thanks please reply if youve had similar problems.

Try pulling the fuel line off the rail and putting it in your container. Then crank the engine for 10 seconds.
