jdm ecus vs usdm ecus..

kk i know the usdm ecus have the immobilizer in them and the jdm ecus have the speed limiter in them, but do jdm ecus also have the immobilizer?? i've been checking different forums and been gettin mixed answers, so i just need to know.. do jdm ecus have the immobilizer??

oh, haha..i meant the 97+ ecu's in general, or are they all different?? i'm mostly lookin at the 97-98 p5m ecus or any obd2 p72s..recently did a 95 h22 swap into a 97 accord and im'ma need to pass emissions
