Important Notice: Transmission Recalls

yep, you heard it guys.

For all 00'-04' Acura TL/CL/MDX's.

We've been doing alot of MDX transmission recalls over the past few months but we've just started on our TL/CL recalls.

If you feel a slippage in the transmission, take it right to your local acura dealership immediately.. Even the slightest slippage, matter of fact..even if you have no slip at all..take it to the dealership and have us install the recall oil jet kit to extend your transmission's life tremendously..

for the unfortunate some..they are too late and we will have to replace the transmission. It's not pleasant for the acura techs to replace tranny's left and right because of the warranty time we get on them.. and trust ME, the CL/TL transmissions are a BITCH! if i must say..

So all in all.. the transmissions for our 3.2-3.5 VTEC motors are not strong enough to hold that type of power output and believe me, HONDA is paying dearly for these recalls.

Another note-
If you have a check engine light on..have the code checked.. if it's a "clutch pressure failure" code.. your going to need a new transmission.

Don't worry though.. it's all covered under the recall warranty.
The oil jet kit is also covered.

everything is free of charge to the customer for recalls.
