Lightbulb Accord key batteries guide

Howdy! I'm a big battery nerd so I put together a quick guide to the Accord (and other Honda vehicles) key fobs, and what battery powers each one. It's a fun project for me to make sure everyone can quickly figure out how to change their key batteries. I hope this is helpful for visitors in the forum.

If your fob looks like this:

Battery needed: CR2032

If your key is this one:

Battery needed: CR1620

If your key is this one:

Battery needed: CR1616

If you have this older fob:

Battery needed: CR2025

If you have this really old fob:

Battery needed: CR2025

If you need videos of changing the above fob batteries, check out my full Accord page: Honda Accord Key Battery Replacement Guides
