    I've been looking around and other than some aesthetic differences, I cant seem to find much of a performance difference between the base models and the sport version of the 10th gen civics.     Hey guys just posted a video with how I replaced my broken foglight with a brand new OEM one on my 2017 Honda Civic Sport. I also took this time to upgrade to LED bulbs and that thing definitely made a huge difference.
