What color does your foglight switch light up is it green or red b/c mine is green but every other light in my car is red example the cruise light

I had a 2000 civic ex w/ oem fogs and the switch lit up green if I remember correctly...

When my friend got his boost gauge for his supra, (autometer mechanical boost gauge) it came with a green and red "condom" to put on the light bulb to make it match the dash lights...you might want to try that?

yeah mine does light up green i was just wondering why? b/c all the other lights are in red but hey it doesnt matter i guess b/c they work and they are made in japan.

I guess it's for you to notice that the lights are on. If they were amber, it would just blend in. That's just a guess though. Mine lights up green also.

green, but you can switch the color if you do some tweaking. I would, but I'm getting a bodykit soon and am going to say goodbye to my fog lights. BTW, anyone know someone interested in some 2000 oem foglights???

they are about 15.00 dollars if u e-mail hparts.com with your request they will e-mail u w/ a price and u will probably need the harness to

Could I change the stock bulb of the OEM foglights to a higher wattage, say 100W without overloading my circuits?

I wouldn't recommend it. You can fry your connections/wires.

I did that, and ended up having to replace my headlight bulbs 3 times in about 6 months... not a good idea.

That's probably a bit high. You might get $100. But, it depends on who wants them and how bad. I'd give you $50 for just the light assemblies themselves. I've already got the wiring harness and switch for my Hellas.

Wow, that's better than what I bought mine @ about a year and a half ago for $190. That's a good price. Then you have to buy the switch for $15 bucks.
