I will be installing a jrsc in my car soon with a 4in. upgrade pulley and water injection. I was wondering if I need to install a fmu? If i do what ratio should it be. I have one that is 12:1 will that work? also is there any thing else I should buy to make this work properly? thanks.

map controller would help, but yes you do need an FMU unless you're going with a standalone ecu (hondata, AEM, etc) in which case you wouldn't need either of the two earlier mentioned items. Also, your 12:1 FMU is waaayy too much. Sell it and get at the minimum a JR FMU, and if you've got a bit more cash, go with a Cartech, as you won't be disappointed with the upgrade. The JR FMU is set to 5:1, and the cartech is adjustable for maximum tuneability.
