seeing as the J swap is gaining a bit of momentum, the somewhat rare manuals are getting much more expensive. I advise finding one that already has a manual equipped, much eaiesr and cheaper in the longe run.
If you do go through with it, you would need all the linkage, clutch cables, clutch master and slave cylinders, ECU, new mounts for the tranny, and anything in the interior that goes around teh shifter.
Its quite a bit of effort
