damn. Were you waiting for the light to turn greener, or something?

Just kidding. I just went out to race my car to see how slow it is. I ran a 19.158 @70.255. It sucks, but not too terrible for a d15b2 automatic. I'm buying a new focus soon though. Just the zx3, not the svt. zx3 runs like 16.1 in the quarter-mile. That's a 3 second improvement. I know that I'll probably get flamed for buying a ford product, but it's a good platform, and not too heavy :) Plus it actually has torque, which my car lacks. The stock numbers for my car are 92hp with 89lb/ft of torque.....AT THE FLYWHEEL! with the auto it probably makes 45 to the wheels if I'm lucky. Anyway, good time on the quartermile. Just work on that reaction time :D
When the 3rd yellow lights up, that's when you should go.. If you do it that way, you'll get a way better R/T

hey marc, what's your best 1/4? huh, huh????
ghost
My best R/T was a .82 or something like that.. And my best 1/4 with just intake, exhaust and my 25lb. 17" rims, haha, was a 16.8 @ 82mph.. I only went to the track twice, and only ran 3 times total

I can't wait for warmer weather and a new clutch so I can go again.. Now I've got the short shifter, suspension, and I'll have 15.5lb rims..

I see your very sneaky, but what mods do you have??? That is a very good time...Congrats
my best reaction time was a .088

yes. a point-zero-eight-eight. It surprised the hell out of me. My worst r/t was a .555. I'll post the timeslips if you want. I was so happy, but I still lost the race.

A .088 is bad.. That's a redlight.. A .500 is perfect
