Definately. I dont think ive seen a b18b run that fast ever all motor. I mean you cant do that shit on a b18b head. Plus with the cams and such, theres no way in hell he did 431hp on that. I need to see some dyno numbers.
My friend has Crane Stage 2 cams, P+P, Ferrera stainles valves, a 3 angle valve job, crower springs and retainers. A nasty exedy clutch, stock bottom end(B18) in a '93 Integra RS with a cheap header and Skunk2 catback. He runs mid to high 14's, in a gutted integra on BFG drag rad's.
