Engine was reworked approximately 10,000 miles ago up in Alaska before I bought it in 2018. I drove it down the ALCAN HWY that same year to go to school in Florida. Engine is strong and runs like a dream and the car is road worthy.
New raybestos master cylinder - bench bleed it before installing.
Interior has been cleaned up and most of the paneling dyed black again.
Has the 140 mph speedometer
Tires are in good shape with less than 10,000 on them.
Total mileage on the car is unknown as the plastic odometer gears on the back side of the instrument cluster are broken.
Before I drove it down to FL, I did most of the preventative maintenance on the engine and car (water pump, radiator replacement, coolant flush, thermostat replacement, timing, timing belt, alternator/drive belt, valve cover gasket, spark plugs, distributor, ignition wires, new tires, clutch etc. Car has not been driven a lot since that trip to Florida.
The vehicle is in Port Orange, FL (outside of Orlando). I have a CLEAN title in hand. Some rust as seen on the rear fenders and underside of the car - but still can be repaired pretty easily.
Extra parts include an ignition lock cylinder, door cylinders (to repair passenger side lock cylinder), dash clock, and a plastic welder/repair kit. Headlights were just replaced, and the car has a fresh oil change. The front trim piece is included with the car, but plastic retaining tabs are broken off. I have side marker lights and a driver corner marker lens which is for a different Honda civic but can be zip-tied in place temporarily. The trim pieces around the headlights are also included, but have tabs broken off on them so they do not stay in place.
