i have a 1992 civic vx with a 94 ex 1.6 v-tec head the guy i bought it off of did everything with the head swap and v-tec isnt working could anyone tell me why

... did you plug the harness in...
are the wires good.
check oil pressure
check the wires at the ecu
are you spitting a code of 21 or 22
is the soleniod gasket good
