I hope someone out there has heard of this problem before?
The car is stock as can be except for the lowering springs.
It starts fine and drives fine, but about 5 miles into it the maintenance light will flash once, and the rpm & mph guages drop down to 0.
My foot never leaves the gas pedal during this, I never lose any power,
then the guages resume as normal.
This will happen about 8 times while I'm driving. The car never dies, but I'm scared to drive it (I have 2 kids). I had my mechanic hook it up, but he found no codes? He suggest I take into Honda...but in the meantime I was looking to find some info from all of you Honda Experts!!

sounds like a computer problem, but i might be full of shit.

id say take it to a honda dealer and have them work it out.
let us know what was wrong.
