Buyers can choose either a 170-horsepower version of VW's miracle 1.8T, a turbocharged four-cylinder, or a 3.0-liter V6 that produces 220 horsepower and 221 pound-feet of torque. Both engines are ULEV-certified and extraordinarily smooth; the 1.8T has access to all 166 pound-feet of torque between 1,950 and 5,000 rpm, and the V6 boasts five valves per cylinder and variable timing on its intake and exhaust camshafts, allowing it to summon 90 percent of its peak torque from 2,200 to 5,200 rpm
One of the downsides inherent to convertibles is that lacking a true top, they tend to be less structurally rigid than coupes and sedans — this has a deleterious effect on ride and handling characteristics.
235/45 rubber mounted on 17s.
It will come in a 5speed gearbox too
No word yet from VW that they'll make the tuned "S" model for the A4 cabriolet, i hope they will, it'll be interesting to see how an S4Carbiolet will do against the M3
