Ima Gurly too with a 4dr Civic.....pics are in my sig...
nice to meet another chic witha 4dr..:D
not a girl but i drive a 4dr.
my mods are all under the hood not really any externals till summertime :D
4drs make damn good sleepers.....
Another sedan man here.

I won't post pics cuz people on here seem to get really mad when they see a stock car.

And I'm payin' $3100 CAD a year for insurance without collision.

Thats 260 a month so I don't have too much $$ to play around with.
I am also a 4 door driver (EG9 - 92 Civic Sedan). Anyways, as you can tell by my name, I have a JDM b16a under the hood. ahhhh the sound of DOHC VTEC hitting that glorious 5800 rpms when VTEC hits!! But yeah, 4 doors are definately sleepers if you choose to do so. Mine is pretty much a sleeper, just Si rims and tint on the outside. Carbon Fiber hood will come in about 2 weeks and I will post pics here when I replace the hood. What mods do you guys and gals have done to your 4 doors? Also, I had started a post similar to this in the Hybrid - JDM Forum. It's pretty big, might wanna check that out too.
96 LX here, all i have is a cf hood, and some 17s on for now, but hopin to go FI or get a b16 in within a year. Mine is dark green, and im thinkin of putin some new rims on it. Do u think i should get bronze, silver, or gunmetal?? NO WHITE Also which places to you guys buy ur parts from??
I just bought my girl a 98 Civic DX 4Dr and I'm on a mission to pimp it out. I need everyones help with this project. Its stock - but I already modded it a little. Its the dark green color. I'm just working on the exterior because its going to be a cruiser.

Here's what it has so far
Maxspeed Coilovers
17" Racing Hart M5 3 Piece Rims - Aluminum
I blacked out the tails
Removed Emblems and Logos
White/Indiglo Gauges
AEM Intake
Upper Strut Bar
VIS Racing Touring Spoiler

I'm wondering what my next mods should be. Here's what I'm trying to decide upon.

I need a kit (which kind though?) I want urethane, I already had a buddy club fiberglass kit and we took it off and sold it. It was a piece of shit - I hate fiberglass kits. I'm thinking of a suttle Tsunami lip kit that attaches to my stock bumpers. I like T1000 (the fangs)

I need new paint - I'm not sure if I should leave it the stock dark green. I'm not sure if you can go with a wild pastel color on a 4dr - Do 4drs look better dark or light? - It has tan interior.

New headlights - thinking of getting the tri beam projector head lights where you can paint the outside. Either that or the clear head lights and I will just paint the chrome, on the inside, the same color as the body.

I'm not to wild about body work - I don't think I will be adding wide body, flares, vents, fenders or any of that other stuff. Even though I think mr2 or nsx vents would be pimp. Not to crazy about doing a tail conversion either.

Tint the windows? Thought about - but not to sure. Eventually I will get to my interior - for the mean time I can just accent the different parts of my panels with black paint.

Hey OhSoFast, You were askin about the paint job. Well, there is an accord that rides around where i live and its painted like a baby/sky blue color. I think it looks awesome. I'm sure a pastel color would look good on her car. There are also two civics that have the same color on them but they are two door, I still think her car would look pretty sweet some wild color. Make ppl look at the ole 4-doors a lil different. :)

I'm sure people are tired of seeing them, but here's my 98 LX

And for those haters

I've got a 4dr 97 Civic EX, but the exterior is completely stock right now. So no point in posting any pics yet  Planning on a simple nose and tail kit, nothing flashy, just nice and solid, and possibly some Si rims (for the cost - I can't afford anything priced upwards of $500...) I'll eventually get around to clearing corners of the headlights, but haven't done that yet.
CivicLX, I really like your civic... blue is an awesome color, but I like the white rims more :p Anyway, question. Are your tails altezzas, or did you clear them youself? Or, did you just buy clear tails? I'd like to try a DIY clear tails project myself.

OK, I hope this works, well this is my ride. Yes, its bobo, i know. I'm only 16 so its not like i have lots o money to put out for it. I'm workin now for some wheels, projector headlights, and some euros tail lights. I've already got the clear corners and clear tail lights, but im sick of the tails. Also, I've got white/Indiglo gauges and ive did some of my interior trim in white. I have some Eibach springs sittin in my room so i can drop it about 2". Im not lookin to slam it, just clean it up a bit. Well, thats my ride for ya!

Looks good! I particularly ike the color. :D And I envy the fact that you have an EX.
Thanx moku, BTW, i want your tail lights, i was gonna get the clear/reds for my car but i can't find them anywhere. Of course the altezzas are EVERYWHERE!
Sweet...it's nice to see a 4 door thread, and to see more peeps w/ sedans. Me...I got a black 98 Civic EX, had...HAD 17" white Racing Hart CP-10's but they were stolen last August:mad: . Lots of mods going on in two weeks...can't wait. It's gonna be the best spring break ever!!! Workin' on the Honda everyday that week. REVhard stage II turbo w/ intercooler, gauges, boost controller, V-AFC, 2 Tenzo seats in red, Jun front lip, aluminun wing(only 3 inches tall), custom molded dash, S2000 steering wheel, Spoon radiator, camber kit all going on that week:D . One question though...I'm gonna get Racing Hart S7's...just don't know what color, I'm deciding between white or the graphite they have. I loved the way my old white RH's looked but I also like the graphite color too, just don't know how well they look on a black car. I know a lot of peeps don't like white, but I think it gives a nice contrast on a black car...

Lates...
will post pics after install AND if I can still afford a digital camera afterwards:D

JDM

JDM,

I'd go for the white rims, they go with the black great, but of course the whole cleaning process is a bitch. The graphite would prolly look sweet too, but ive got a thing for the white wheels, they look clean. Thats just my 2 cents!:p
i would go with the graphite rims...i think it would compliment the black much better than the extreme contrast between white and black.
hope this works

i'll have to try and scan some more, better, pictures as soon as i get a new scanner. This picture does no justice to the paint.
